The return of St. Louis favorite Gypsy, a pair of blues singer-guitarists and a pair of talented tribute bands highlight the concert schedule for June at the Wildey Theatre.
The first show of the month, on Tuesday, June 5, features Tab Benoit, one of the most impressive guitarists to emerge from the rich bayous of Southern Louisiana in recent years. His playing combines a number of blues styles, primarily Delta blues.
‘This is his first time at the Wildey, but not his first time in the metro area,’ Wildey manager Al Canal said.
